DESCRIPTION
This little mod changes the enchantment of the belt you get after being named a Hlaalu Hortator. Instead of fortifying magicka, it fortifies intelligence by 20 points so it's more practical in use.
INSTALLATION
Simply put the esp file to your Morrowind\Data Files directory.
