Just a little ways up the road to Caldera you will notice a new little shack, it's just an old Warehouse that stored the supplies of the local imperials, it was rarely used and eventually more or less abandoned, since then it remains on the outskirts of town acting as a home for a pair of rats.

I have tested this mod to work with "New Seyda Neen 1.7", "Seyda Supplies" and "Seyda Neen Docks" all with no issues, shouldn't be any problems with the mod, it's lore friendly and small.
