 Adds one sound which replaces the restoration effect. The initial swoop of the cast is still there, just the blinging after effect is replaced with something more mellow, similar to an underwater ping sound.
 
 For anyone who's ever cast Hearth Heal a thousand times, this could be the relief you need.
 
Installation

 Add the sound file to your Morrowind\Data Files directory, overwrite old file.

 The original sound file is included. Replace with to revert to original sound FX.
