This is my first ever mod to Morrowind. After trying various downloadable houses, strongholds and abodes I couldn't fined something for myslef so...I made it myself, and decided to share it ^_^

Balmora Hideout is a small to medium sized player home, located underground. Entrance can be found on a small island between 2 bridges leading to Balmora. I made it mostly of already existing cells, modified for player use. 

What you will find here:

Modest living space with bed, safe locker and a freezer (yes, a freezer)
Amory with some storage
Vault with some more storage
Display room for artifacts and your hard earned swag
Lab for all your magical needs
Dwarven styled cellar
Peaceful underground waterfall
Your personal shrine of enlightment

What you WON'T find here:

Tons of unlimited storage
Cheated, overpowered items
Living space for a whole kingdom
Slaughterfish in the waterfall (I promise, it's safe)
