While playing as a mage I couldn't help but notice that for some stupid reason Bethesda decided to make the magicka cost for certain spells either ridiculously high to the point of them being impossible to cast normally or disproportional to their usefulness. What this mod aims to do is reduce the cost of these spells and make them worth using.
The changes are as follows:
Command Humanoid/Command Creature
Decreased base cost from 15 to 1.5 and 1 respectively
Spell Absorption/Reflect
Decreased base cost from 10 to 1.2 for both of them
Disintegrate Armor/Weapon
Decreased base cost from 6 to 3 for both of them
Frost Damage
Decreased base cost from 5 to 4.5
Poison
Decreased base cost from 9 to 4
Shock Damage
Decreased base cost from 7 to 6
Weakness to Fire/Frost/Shock/Poison/Magicka
Decreased base cost from 2 to 1 for all five
