A beautiful house I made, it is near the town of Pelagiad it has a small front yard.

Its not that fancy the house is made from 2 floors and is NOT a cheat house (unless you consider a free house a cheat. though u can get a few houses from killing NPCs for free os meh), all you need is Morrowind and the expansions and it should work fine.

it will only conflict with any mods that add anything to that small area so don't worry.

the house has a cozy living room, a kitchen, a bathroom (yes i got creative I hope you like it) a small library on the first floor, on the second floor you will find an alchemy/enchanting room and 2 bedrooms (one master and one guest/kids).

you will find lots of well-placed chests and tables and chairs and even SOFAS (yes you will see :P) the house has NOTHING in terms of items except some house items like baskets and a few glassware.

I always found the "museum" house mods a bit annoying, they did not seem cozy or homely.

I would recommend the mod that allows u to flip books around to make that cool library look nice, but that's up to you :)
