About this mod

Adds house to Morrowind, more specifically Balmora this time. Located in between the Morag Tong Guild and the clothier, this small house is on the market for roughly fifteen-thousand gold pieces. See Ri'Virr for details or to purchase the deed.

Two days. You've released three house mods in two days. How did you do that? Well I it's actually not that hard; snap some stuff together to make the inside and outside then put down the furniture, lighting, rugs and tapestries. Add a tad of coding so you get the keys when you purchase the deed and you got a house mod. Plus most of my house mods are small. So yeah, a few hours. Anyway. This time it's in Balmora. The house is shoved in between the Morag Tong Guild and I think that fancy clothier. Or the alchemist. One of them. Why make so many house mods? Because I use these mods too and I love having tons of real-estate options! One of these days I got combine all my Morrowind house mods.

The layout of the house is borrowed from Ri'Virr's shop [who is selling the deed by the way] and the price of the house is fifteen thousand. Give or take; you know how traders are. Anywho, you got your upstairs area with a single bed, desk, a shelf, a set of drawers and down below you got your storage area, eating area and general living area. As usual; still no firepit. I know, how are you suppose to cook food. Maybe your neighbors will lend you their fireplace/pit or you can just eat out.

Does this conflict with Morrowind Rebirth or Balmora Overaul/Other overhaul for Balmora, ect. Answer is dunno. I don't use ethier of those mods, at least not yet but I have played both at least once so I know of a few spots that were taken by both of those mods. Shoving it in between the Morag Tong and the Clothier was the best place and I feel the best chance of my mod being conflict free with one of those other ones. I could be wrong, something could be sharing that same spot but I'm thinking not.

Note: The Deed is called Deed to Thennur Abode though the house is now called Quaint House.
