Adds a manor for purchase in the Great Bazaar of Mournhold, for the small price of thirty-five thousand septims, available from Sunel Hlas in the Great Bazaar!

Hello! So, I've made another house mod! Nothing really super spectacular but at twenty-thousand gold, it's a nice small manor for those that can afford it with plenty of storage! The house is located in between the shops of the Great Bazaar in Mournhold and is an open concept house with two floors. No fireplace or pit unfortunately. But I'm sure you'll make do. The house is for sale from Sunel Hlas. The house can be broken into at a lock level of 75, but what's the fun in that? As usual with my house mods, it does not come with cutlery or plates as I'm too lazy to put those down/I end up picking them up myself so I have space for weapons or stuff.
The house is purchased as a deed; meaning you gotta open the barter window with Mr. Hlas and then buy the deed which is located under books. By the way, in case you're confused to who Sunel Hlas is, he's the trader in the Great Bazaar. Moody guy going on about women and stuff. Now, I know you're all asking. Why delete the flower bed with trees? Couldn't you have put the house somewhere else?
Because there is literally not much space to work with in any of the parts of Mournhold. No space in Godsreach, unless I moved around the houses and I wasn't going to do that, nor can I put it in the Plaza or shove it in the Temple. That would just be too out there. So, Great Bazaar it was!

Update! Important! Read! Version 1.2!
Hey, me again. So I went and fixed some stuff with the mod. Mainly furniture from the top floor that was slightly going through the ceiling of the bottom floor and a tapestry that was oddly placed. I also went and increased the price of the deed from 20,000 to 35,000 septims. Why? I thought it over and decided it was too cheap for a house in one of the capital cities of Morrowind. Especially a nice manor like that. So I upped the price a tad. If someone really wants me to, I can make a version that's cheaper but at this point it's 35,000 as of the new update.

How to install!
NMM: Add this mod to NMM by dragging the file into the mods window or by opening the mod window and clicking add mod from file. Then activate it.
Manual: Open up the file in WinRar or Winzip, ect and move the ESP to your Data folder. Then open up Morrowind Launcher and select the plugin in the list. Then play.

Will likely conflict with anything that changes the Great Bazaar or specifically where the house is. Why? You know the flower bed with the trees that the guy selling scribs and rat is standing next too? I deleted that to make way for the manor. Guy is still there of course, but he's now standing behind your new manor.
