About this mod

This mod places a unique Telvanni-style tower in the Ascadian Isles Region. This living tower can be used as a house by any character able to levitate. The tower is cozy and designed for two - the player plus a companion.

This mod places a unique Telvanni-style tower in the Ascadian Isles Region. This living tower can be used as a house by any character able to levitate. The tower is cozy and designed for two - the player plus a companion. At present there is no purchase or quest - simply move into the tower whenever you desire. To find the tower, leave Seyda Neen by road and travel toward Pelagiad. After you pass between the stone fangs, turn right at the fork in the road. Continue on the road until you reach the tower.

The teleportation amulet on the table will allow you to teleport to the tower for 10 magicka or to Pelagiad for 15 magicka.

There are three shelving units containing picture-labeled ingredient jars for every ingredient in Morrowind, Tribunal, and Bloodmoon. The skooma pipe on the third unit is an activator that will sort or retrieve your ingredients.

Note on ingredient sorter: If you have a lot of ingredients, the retrieve function may overencumber you. This should not be a problem, however: Simply perform your potion-making and then sort the remaining ingredients back into the jars. If you are using a static alchemy plugin, you should be able to reach an apparatus you placed on the nearby table just by turning around.

There are two small chests for jewelry and keys, a dresser for clothes, a closet for armor, two chests for weapons, a cupboard, and a bookshelf (looks filled, functions as a container). All of these containers should be "safe storage". There isn't much loot in the house (some decor items, a lantern, a lamp, some basics, etc).

The tower has two floors. When you go upstairs, look up. ;) Levitate to reach the trapdoor and access the top of the tower. In addition to the view, there is an oddly beautiful fungus garden for your alchemy needs. The stove is also found atop the tower (although it is simple mind candy and has no function).

Also, for Telvanni players:

Albecius Colollius has been named Emissary of Great House Telvanni to the Bitter Coast and Ascadian Isles. In addition to protecting possible Telvanni interests in these regions, it is his duty to recruit, train, and support retainers and mages for House Telvanni.

You can learn about the Dunmer Great Houses and join House Telvanni by speaking with Colollius. He offers services including teaching spells, training in magic, spellmaking, and travel to both Sadrith Mora and Pelagiad.

Colollius offers one task at present: Kill the notorious bandit Nels Llendo!

Regarding the tower, there is not yet a purchase or quest. A future version of this mod may allow you to gain the tower by working with Colollius or to purchase the tower from him. For now, simply move into the tower whenever you desire.

Installation is standard: Unzip the contents of the 7z archive to the Data Files folder (found within the main Morrowind folder), and activate the mod from the Morrowind launcher menu by clicking on the Data Files option and selecting the mod.
