This mod allows you to start a new game on the docks at one of eight locations and features quick character generation and assignment of equipment and spells based on skills.

------

Locations:

- Ebonheart
- Fort Frostmoth (in Solstheim)
- Molag Mar
- Sadrith Mora
- Seyda Neen

------

- Message (see below)

and Cyrodiilic Brandy!

* It is possible to be given more than one silver weapon if the highest weapon skill is tied between two or more weapons. This is intentional.

* It is not possible to given more than one armor package. The default in the case of a tie is the heaviest of the tied skills.

------

Extra Journeyman Repair Hammers (two) are given for a rating of 15 or above in Armorer.

------

Extra Journeyman Lockpicks and Probes (two each) are given for a rating of 15 or above in Security.

------

A selection of spells is given for each magic skill rated 15 or above. Basic alchemy equipment (Apprentice Mortar & Pestle and Retort) is given for a rating of 15 or above in Alchemy. The spell Soul Trap and an Expensive Robe are given for a rating of 15 or above in Enchant.

------

Message:

"If our contact was not able to procure transport directly to Seyda Neen as discussed, then upon arrival in Vvardenfell or Solstheim, gain the lay of the land and the customs of the locals. When prepared, travel to Seyda Neen on the Bitter Coast and seek Sellus Gravius, Captain of the Census and Excise Office. Present this note to him. He will recognize my seal, deliver the package to you, and direct you on your way.

You have your freedom, and our agent has supplied you as requested at no small expense. Do not tarry overlong, and do not fail to uphold our agreement."

------

Conflicts: This mod could conflict with other mods that alter the "chargen" ship and "chargen" npcs in Seyda Neen. The Imperial Prison Ship is changed to Imperial Coast Guard Ship and is not disabled after character generation (to account for arrival on the docks at Seyda Neen, and because Seyda Neen lacks Coast Guard ships).

------

Installation is standard: Unzip the contents of the 7z archive to the Data Files folder (found within the main Morrowind folder), and activate the mod from the Morrowind launcher menu by clicking on the Data Files option and selecting the mod.

The Alternate Beginnings mods by Evermoon, BlueBit, and Narfblat blazed the trails leading here.
