Changes the Boots of Blinding Speed from having a blind effect and a fortify speed 200 effect to having just a fortify speed 50 effect. I created this mod because I didn't like the 200 fortify speed effect. It just felt too fast. This mod changes the effect to a more balanced 50 points and removes the blind effect. This mod doesn't change the way that the boots are acquired. It only changes the enchantment on the boots.
Install: Add .esp file to Data Files folder and activate it in the Morrowind Launcher.
Uninstall: Delete .esp file from Data Files.
Conflicts: Mods that also change the Boots of Blinding Speed.
