Adds a cave basement in Caius Cosade's house so you can store items.

What does this mod do?:
It adds in a secret basement trapdoor under the sack beside Caius Cosade's table. I will add in more crates and chests later, The basement also has a level 65 lock small chest with 2 skooma and 20 moonsugar, I am planning to balance it to 1 skooma and 10 moonsugar. Suggest me what should the lock level and the amount be. I also forgot to say that I added in a mudcrab that repairs items for you in the basement, I will make a version without him.
