Uma can levitate, water-walk and become invisible when you do.
Uma provides you a ring with teleport home options.
A button in the house can recall Uma if you left her somewhere.
Dwemer Dispensers provide apparel, soulgems and general gear like arrows, potions and repair items, etc.

This was the first incarnation of Uma Bliss, she has since reappeared in Fallout New Vegas and Skyrim but she will always be that sexy little dancing bosmer in my mind. I hope you enjoy her company.
