Version 1.1
Added Slate_Default.esp
Version 1.0
Initial Release Version. Yay!
This mod slightly alters the way the player levels in the game. Instead of being able to level skills through use, the player can only level skills via paid training with NPCs.
Five of the SLATE.esp files included fix the level-up stat modifier at a given level: x5, x4, x3, x2, and x1. The SLATE_Default.esp mimics default Morrowind stat modifier behavior.
Use this mod if you:
-- Want a challenge. Even if you know the game inside and out, this mod can make things difficult. -- Want complete and total control over when your character improves and in what. No more random level-ups! -- Want something to spend the thousands of gold the average character makes in a play-through on.
