This is a very simple feature port from the Xbox version of Morrowind: Game of the Year Edition to the PC version. The Dark Brotherhood Assassin will not attack you until you are at level 6. If you are at a lower level, then the assassin will not appear at all. No longer will you suffer attempts on your life, as soon as you leave the Seyda Neen Census and Excise office.

Consequently, this also means you cannot access Mournhold, or any of the Tribunal expansion content, until you are at level 6. But this change was specifically made by Bethesda when GOTY Edition was ported to Xbox, so you can consider it an official feature/balance change.

This mod will conflict with any other mod that alters the dbattack script.
