This resource contains 46 meshes of doorways (which Bethesda called "doorjambs") of different architectural styles on each side.  These meshes will allow you to mix styles when building interiors.

This is a nodder's resource, you'll need to add these meshes yourself in the construction set.  They use the original textures contained in the morrowind.bsa file, but should be compatible with texture replacers.

NOMENCLATURE:

Each mesh is named with the two styles it transitions between, with the style that provided the door frame named first, and ended by the shape of the doorway.  It is the door frame the determines what style of door will fit.

For example, "stone_mournhold_arch" is common stone on one side, Mournhold on the other side, and a common stone arched door frame connecting them.  The reverse, "mournhold_stone_arch" would have a Mournhold arched door frame.  However, "redoran_plain_arch" should have a Redoran door frame, but the Redoran style does not use door frames. Thus, no such mesh. Same for Velothi and Hlaalu. When these styles transition to each other, the order of the names is irrelevant.

The common rich and the common plain door frames are identical,  "rich_plain_arch" and "plain_rich_arch" would be identical, so only the first is provided.
Also included are three free-standing door frames: stone arch, stone square, and wooden arch.  The wooden square door frame is already included in the original Bethesda collection.

NOTE:

For reasons unknown, the Hlaalu tiles do not have their floor at an elevation of -128 units or at zero units, but at -123, so they won't snap properly to tiles of the other styles unless you set the snap to 1.  What were they thinking?

INSTALLATION:

Stick 'em in your meshes folder and add them to your mods using the construction set.

PERMISSIONS:

No permission is required to use these meshes in your own mods.
