About this mod
This, my first mod, adds a small outdoor market to Balmora's Market Square (Imagine), and expands upon the ghetto side of town by placing several shacks along the river side.

I always felt that mikeandike did an amazing job of overhauling balmora with his well known 'EPIC Balmora', but I felt that the more central areas of Balmora were still quite lackluster. To remedy this, I set about learning the cs, and in the matter of a few hours, I had produced this. Market square... NO MARKET!!! Why? For god's sake I've no idea. It doesn't matter, there's one there now. The ghetto has been walled of from the nicer side of town, and those not fortunate enough to be able to afford houses have built a small shanty town of sorts along the eastern riverside. A dilapidated dwemer tower sits, sunken, in the center of the river, a testament to the former size of the ruined dwemer city of arkngthand, and I've also made sure to keep my mod compatible with the most popular Balmora overhaul mods out there.
