Adds a nice Tower outside of Balmora aimed at new players or low level characters! Features a little quest!

Another house mod!
As someone pointed out to me Balmora is a popular town for beginners or low level characters.
It is also very accessible. So i figured my next house should be located there.
Here is what this mod features:
*Player House "Der Turm" (the tower)
-Placed right outside the Balmora city walls to avoid conflict with Balmora Conversions.
-Nice location with a view over Balmora and the River
-2 Floors with detailed interiors
-A furnished roof with a "quick exit"
-A small basement
-A hidden room that is part of a quest
-A unique Weapon and a ring
As with my other house mods this one comes with a little quest and some lore around the house.
It can only be done by looking around the house and reading stuff since i don't know scripting
or editing dialogue :P (Any help is appreciated by the way!)
This house is intended for low level characters and therefore doesn't feature any fancy items
and only moderate storage space. For endgame houses check out my other mods!
The front door is locked but there is a Trapdoor on the roof that is only locked with a
very easy lock. You can reach the roof with levitation potions. Look around the house. There might be
some!
You don't really have to do anything to own the house except find the key inside. But you can "do the quest"
by deciding how to react to lore scattered around the house and items you find.
Conflicts: Might conflict with mods that alter landscape in and around Balmora.
