A new addition to Suran's dwellings now takes the place of an unused lot overlooking the lakes to the West. No other buildings were taken out for this modification -- just a couple of rocks.

Bloodmoon and Tribunal clutter were used for décor, so if one does not have the DLCs, there may be complications.

Known Bugs: There may or may not be a door into the bedroom (3rd Floor) other than that, none.
