land seams, there is a patched replacer version in
Data Files/patches folder

Suggested loading order to minimize land seams:
The Sable Dragon 1.6 mmc.esp (replacement for The Sable Dragon 1.6.esp )
Siege at Firemoth.esp
Mills of Morrowind.esp
