The house is an Imperial (fort) style building, with a small garden right next to the left of Fort Frostmoth. I wanted a quick storage home right form the start and a merchant to sell my surplus stuff to, and to buy some items also.
It is not a special house, i just used the basic textures etc.
There are 8 rooms all with a double bed to sleep in. So followers ca be dropped in the house if you want to explore Solstheim on your own without followers, and still know where you dropped them.
All roms have 2 furniture containers in which you can stash 100000 weight, if you manage to fill them, sell some stuff to the merchant that is in the entrance hall/bar.
Sort of a cheat: the Merchant sells f.e. Soulgems, that will be restocked dayly. If you don't want that..... don't buy the stuff hehe.
