1. DESCRIPTION

Adds a reclusive master armourer who sells the Jade armour from the Jade Armor resource. Her shack is located in the Grazelands, along one of the roads. The armour had a high enchanting value by default, so I kept it that way. It's a medium armour with decent defence rating.
