Some Tamriel Rebuilt NPCs are now wearing wonderful outfits from Westly's "Fine Clothiers of Tamriel" .
I didn't change NPCs from certain fractions since they may wear fraction-specific outfits, I didn't change NPCs that wear TR-specific clothes, NPCs with complex scripts, etc.

Version 1
- almost all Redguard and Khajiit commoners have Redguard and Khajiit outfits from Westly's mod;
- some Altmer commoners, mages and sorcerers are wearing Altmer robes and tunics.

Update 21.08.203
Version 2
- suitable clothes are distributed by leveled lists among some Dunmer male and female commoners;
- clothes suitable for non-Dunmer commoners (Bretons, Imperials, Nords) are given to them by leveled lists;
- Duchess in Firewatch got a new dress;
- Some smiths are now wearing blacksmith's aprons and sometimes blacksmith's shirts.
No pre-existing leveled lists are modified so leveled lists merging isn't needed.

Requirements: Westly's "Fine Clotheirs of Tamriel" mod and Tamriel Rebuilt - Sacred East v1.5.
