Some of the skill have said non sense attribute applied to them and i wanted to change them to add realism into morrowind, here's a list of the "said skill" in question: Acrobatics, Alteration, Armorer, Block, Conjuration, Hand-to-hand, Illusion, Light Armor, Long Blade, Mysticism, Security, Spear and finaly Unarmored. Every Modification are included in the readme (including, every skill, even those i didn't modificated), the new governing attribute (or unchanged if it's not.... Unchanged), and the reason why i changed it or why i didn't changed it.
