This mod adds a small player owned home found directly south of the South Wall Cornerclub in Balmora.

This is a mod I made a long time ago for myself, but since I still have the file I decided to share it.
This adds a small two-room house intended to blend in with the other buildings found in Balmora. So if you're looking for something big and extravagant, you'll want to look elsewhere. But if you just want a small house in Balmora, you may like this mod.
Some of the terrain was edited so the house would fit, but nothing big has been changed.
Installation:
All you need to do is activate the .esp file after extracting it.
Incompatibilities:
Anything that edits the area surrounding the South Wall Cornerclub in Balmora is likely to be incompatible.
Bugs:
There aren't any bugs that I currently know of. However, I'm a bit of a newb to modding and I've not seen all of Morrowind. So if you run into any problems, let me know.
