About this mod
After the foul murder of his wife, Dothruviel, the Bosmer had to flee Valenwood, and leave his beloved Falinesti and his kin.
He built a house in Balmora, next to the Pauwnshop of Dralasa Nithryon.
The location was no coinsidence, as he had to become a thief after fleeing Valenwood...

He built a house in Balmora, next to the Pauwnshop of Dralasa Nithryon.

Luckily he had the skills to do so, untill he died, murdered by contract...
This mod adds:
- a small home in Balmora
- non respawning player owned containers (inside and outside, filled with leveled stuff)
- 1 non respawning box with lockpicks and probes (normal or cheat version) (journeyman versus custom stats, they are overpowered, but realistic... picks and probes don't break easely irl)
- 1 dead Bosmer (Dothruviel)
- 1 magic belt (only in cheat version) (not too overpowered, but as you can get them verry soon, I call it cheat)
- 1 dagger (only in cheat version) (not too overpowered, but as you can get them verry soon, I call it cheat)
- 1 alchemy set (normal or cheat version) (apprentice versus custom stats)
- some cash (normal or cheat version)

Disclaimer:
- This is my first Morrowind project, made for myself,
- I thought I should share it with the community that gave me so much to enjoy
- This mod was tested in Vanilla Morrowind without any bugs
- This mod should be compatible with all texture mods.
- Will offcourse conflict with any mod altering this part of Balmora...
- With MGSO there are shrubs and stones at the stairs to the roof,
until I know wich plugin from MGSO does this, I'll be unable to remedy...
- I do not seem to resolve the bug that makes you unable to use the stairs to go
to the roof. this is strange as the exterior is a renamed copy of a vanilla house
where you are able to use the stairs correctly
