Centurions Reborn v 1.3
UPDATE: added the nif files as supplemental for the centurion. small fix to the UVs for the mace ball, and also added red eyes to the head. aslo new pics of that. i will update whatever is missing im sure there is something.
This is an extensive replacer for every dwemer centurion machine in morrowind. this represents about 72 hours of retexturing. since nifscope is not freindly to my laptop, i had to retexture each piece by trial and error, and then had to rotate here, and replace there until everything was lined up properly. the textures are not the normal yellow school bus color we have all grown to love from the centurions, but a darker brassy metallic tone, that tries to mimic the look of dwemer metal as much as possible, and still remain true to the lore. they look more like dangerous machines now than they do in yellow, and the spider has taken on a ghastly appearance, since the gas bag on top of the body actually looks more like flesh than canvas now.
a real treat for those that remember the spheres from previous elder scrolls, the normal sphere looks like a direct descendant of its earlier brother. the sphere has been textured to look like the original sphere as much as possible, and it is also seamless, so it looks like a seamless sphere when it is closed!
the steam centurion looks more like a samurai with a wrecking ball than he did before.
and i even got around to doing the archer! i wont post pictures of it just yet, because i want it o be a treat! i am not completely finished with it though, so that will be updated, but it is good enough now to go in the game without looking odd.
INSTALLATION:
all you have to do is drop it in your morrowind directory and play!
