Note: BB(Better Bodies) is not required, but I personally reccomend it.
This is another sub race of Pharlans. These are Artic Pharlans, so they have camaflauge that is white. There feathers/hair is white. Have fun with this.

1. INSTALLING THE PLUGIN
*****************************************************************
To install the plugin, unzip the files into the Bethesda Softworks
directory.
Note
This plugin was developed using version 1.6.1820 of Morrowind.
It should run correctly on other versions but has not been tested.

2. PLAYING THE PLUGIN
*****************************************************************
From the Morrowind Launcher, select Data Files and check the box
next to the SG_galesapharl.esp file.
This plugin adds 2 new playable races called Galesa Pharlans/Arctic Pharlans which
are a sub-race of pharlans. The race is available as both beast and non-beast.
Select Galesa Pharlans for the beast version, artic pharlans for the "upright"
version.

3. Save Games
*****************************************************************
This plugin has been cleaned with TESAME. Since this is a new
race it means you'll have to start a new game or use enableracemenu to change races.
8 Galesa Pharlan NPCs have been placed in Morrowind and have a tiny bit of
lore and dialogue.
You should always backup your saved game before adding any new esp files to it.

4. About this mod
*****************************************************************
This mod creates a new playable race. Galesa pharlans
are similar to standard pharlans and are given several bonuses
inlcuding a 5X magicka bonus, a no cost flying spell, detect creatures
and night eye constant effect (not ridiculously powerful) and
immunity to frost and poison. You are also scripted to be healed and magicka
restored by fire and electricity.
They are balanced by a 50% weakness to normal weapons as well
as stunted magicka. However you are also given a no cost magicka
absorption spell. This makes every living thing an unlimited magicka
source (this is why you have a detect creatures spell). You'll definitely
feel the normal weapons weakness-especially early on.
You also get a nice fast flight spell which always succeeds but
costs 300 magicka. Even a level 1 galesa pharlan can cast it once.
Any more than that and you have to recharge.

NONE of the models used in this mod are my own. I have only modified
the textures or made new textures to go with them.
Original credits are as follows:
Most of the head/hair meshes are by Rhedd a few are from Bethesda

Some of Rhedd's hair meshes have been modified and combined by me.
The animated wing models are by PhyntosWasp

I made new wing models using Phyntoswasp's original
feather models.
The foot models were made by me and modified out of base materials from MW and
several other sources.
The tail is from the Gargoyle mod by Dale Stocker

The tail was modified to include the small wings by
Smight_Plight - A big thank you to you!!!

It has been further modified by myself to almost perfect accuracy :)
A number of the textures were originally made by Don Salus and Zuldazug
(The vampires and females)
I re-colored and re-edited them.

The ideas benhind the race contained within this mod was entirely
concieved of by myself a looong time ago . . . .
