What's New: v2.0b
=================
This Version will now work with any addon race, birth sign, or mod that changes your magicka multiplier. It checks your base magicka against actual magicka to give you accurate regen rates, will also work with magicka fortifying enchantments, spells, and potions.
It works properly with the Atronach birthsign. (Disallowing regeneration.)

Installation

Place the included .esp file into your DataFiles folder. (Morrowind\DataFiles\...)
Enable the mod in the launcher. (Or using Wrye Mash, etc,.)

Usage

The mod will print a brief message letting you know it has been enabled during it's first run, then silently work in the background for the rest of the game.
