Its features are a merchant with armors that fit with the theme of balmora.
The second merchant is a random book/scroll guy with some custom books.(his items are over priced for a real feel).
The final merchant is pretty much a market guy because he sells anything from clothes to potions.
There is also a security guard just in case u wanna steal ;)
