About this mod
This plugin converts all skill books to normal books. This is aimed towards players who find that their character levels too quickly which can take a lot of the fun out of the game. A large part of the problem comes from reading skill books rather than gaining skills from using them. Thus this plugin aims to fix that. Nothing else has been changed
- Permissions and credits
A long time ago I made several mods for Morrowind. I recently revisited the Elder Scrolls and was surprised to realise that while I'd hosted my mods on my own website (which no longer exists) I hadn't put them on the Nexus. Luckily I still had the files on my hard drive and so that mistake is now fixed...
INSTALLING THE PLUGIN
To install the plugin, unzip the files into the Morrowind/Data Files directory.
PLAYING THE PLUGIN
From the Morrowind Launcher, select Data Files and check the box next to the unskillbook.esp file.
THIS VERSION REQUIRES TRIBUNAL AND BLOODMOON

Nothing else has been changed about any of the books
obviously skill books added by other plugins will not be effected by the Unskilled Books plugin
Save Games
This plugin will not invalidate your old saved games. If you save your game while this plugin is loaded, you may encounter error messages when you reload the saved game without the plugin. But you should be able to continue on with the original game.
