Decreases Glass armour rating by 10, so the Medium Armor skill will be less eclipsed by Light Armor.
Also an optional plugin for users of Hellwolve's Full Glass Armor ( http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=2467 ). Use it together with the base plugin.
