This mod just adds a small house outside of Balmora for the player to rest in if they are passing through the city. There are no quests to obtain the house, it is there for you to access right away.
This was actually one of my very first Morrowind mods that I have made, and I thought that it would be a good addition for some people.
It uses the same interior and exterior cell from Cauis Cosades house but has no chairs or anything lying down around the place. It is clean :D
It also features a modded chest that holds more than a normal chest. 1000 to be exact.
