About this mod

This mod replaces the roadsigns at Vvardenfell with a number near it. The number is the distance to or from a certain location counted in cells. The distance is the amount of cells you need to cross to reach a location (village or town). This is not a texture replacer and the number are visible on the mouse-over text.

Permissions and credits
Faq:
1. What is a cell and how long is it?
A cell is a delimited area of 8192 * 8192 units or 385 feet by 385 feet. When we calculate in metric values, the size of the cell becomes 117 m *117 m. this means that a distance of 10 is about 1,17 km.
2. How can I see a cell at the Morrowind Construction set?
Go tothe render window (the window which will show the land (or interior) and press the b button.
3. Are there new roadsigns?
No, every roadsign was present at the original morrowind. However, a few roadsigns have been tunred, because they were showing the wrong direction.
4. Is this mod compatible with a texture replacer mod?
I don't think so. I haven't tested this in game.
5. Does a number of 6 means that I'm going to cross 6 roads before I reach my location?
That's not always true. Sometimes I've cmpensated the distance and sometimes the road hits 4 cells, but is counted as 2 cells.
6. Why do I see sometimes a distance with a ,5?
Sometimes it's because I thought a natural number would be too high or too low and sometimes because there a bunch of roadsigns around, like the area around gnisis.
7. Speaking of Gnisis, why has Gnisis a high number?
The road to Gnisis as made by bethasda (although they did a good job with creation of the game) isn't efficient. The road from Ald Ruhn, marked by the signposts) goes first to Khuul, then to Ald Velothi and finally to Gnisis.
8. Why has Mount Assarnibibi a high number?
The road from Balmora, Pelagiad and Vivec to Mount Assarnibibi isn't efficient too and makes a very wide turn. A better way to reach the mount is starting from Molag Mar and follow the roadsign to Mount Assarnibibi there.
9. Could you explain me why there is a distance of 5 to Tel Vos, while I can see the castle?
The entrance to tel Vos is the eastern one and all roads lead to he eastern one. If you're on the western side of the castle, you'll need to cross some cells if you're following the roadsign directions.
10. Is it compatible with a signpost replacer?
Unfortunately not. Thanks Gluby for testing it!
