ABOUT THIS MOD:

One thing I always hated was how you would see
a guard walking around with a shield, only to
put it away and pull out a spear on you. There
also just didn't seem to be a lot of variety
in gear even though most was leveled. To fix
this I leveled the guards, instead of the gear.
All Imperial guard spawns in the game have been
replaced with leveled lists that will spawn one
of over 50 different guards. The differences
you will see are not only in what they're
wearing, and what weapons they have though.
Be careful, because the guards could be the
standard level 20, level 30, 40, or even a
level 50 guard captain. There's also a chance
you'll see female guards roming around.

Extract the files into your data files folder,
and enable it. You should notice the difference.
