A small free flat in the Vivec, Foreign Quarter Canton.
As it suggests - it is small, or rather tiny - a home for
a minimalist type like me. Even as such it should have
space for equipment with overall weight of more than 1200
(maybe 1350 - but I don`t guarantee this). I always wanted
to make a home with this room mesh and this is the outcome.
The entrance is situated opposite to the Black Shalk
Cornerclub.

Includes 3 new meshes. Two for unique shelves with pots on
them (set as containers for ingredients and alchemists,
who don`t need a hundred and one pot for every single
ingredient) and a bed retexture (all using stock textures,
the outcome depends on your own texture packs).

Esp cleaned with TEStool.

Sorry for the name, I really couldn`t think of anything
appropriate.
