This estate is protected by both walls and guards, from the fierce wildlife of Solstheim... There is the player's residence with garden, well, storage/granary, and a Smith. Inside, a secret passage leads to a hidden dwelling, complete with tavern, bathing pool and magic items (healing pants, teleport belt, hot cocoa and mocha drinks, saltrice pudding, Nord cereal, and snorkel suit - idea for swimming in the main quests).
