Included is an esp for compatibility with Sir Luthor's "Sir Luthor's Tools" mod, which can be found here: http://www.elricm.com/nuke/html/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewdownloaddetails&lid=1033
- I recommend Sir Luthor's Tools mod if you are looking for a higher-res tool texture replacer that stays pure to the original tool textures.

Included is an esp for compatibility with JamesW's "JamesW's Lockpicks, Probes, and Repair Items Retex" mod, here: http://www.elricm.com/nuke/html/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewdownloaddetails&lid=3332
- I merged both of the esps found in JamesW's mod (he had one for probes and picks, and another for repair items).

- This mod was cleaned with TESTool.

+++Alchemical Apparati+++
- ALL Alembics weigh 3.00
- ALL Retorst weight 3.00
- ALL Calcinators weigh 8.00
- ALL Morter and Pestless weigh 2.00
- Good Skooma Pipe quality increased from 0.15 to 0.20
- SecretMaster apparati renamed with the prefix "Direnni." These items are not found in game. Direnni chosen from the name "Asliel Direnni" who, according to the book De Rerum Dirennis (http://www.imperial-library.info/obbooks/de_rerum_dirennis.shtml) was a great Alchemist. The idea was brought to my attention from an Oblivion mod "Dirennis Advanced Alchemy Apparatus MOD" here: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3844

- ALL Lockpicks weigh 0.10
- Apprentice's Lockpick: 25 uses (unchanged)
- Journeyman's Lockpick: 30 uses
- Master's Lockpick: 35 uses
- Grandmaster's Lockpick: 40 uses
- Secret Master's Lockpick renamed to "Grey Fox's Lockpick." Has 50 uses.
- Skeleton Key weight reduced to 0.40, has 500 uses, costs 65,000 septims.

+++Probes+++
- ALL Probes weigh 0.10
- Bent Probe: 5 uses (unchanged)
- Apprentice's Probe: 25 uses (unchanged)
- Journeyman's Probe: 30 uses
- Master's Probe: 35 uses
- Grandmaster's Probe: 40 uses
- Secret Master's Probe renamed to "Grey Fox's Probe." Has 50 uses.

- Repair Prongs weigh 1.00
- ALL Repair Hammers weigh 1.20
- Repair Prongs: 20 uses

Install
=======
!!! INSTALL ONLY ONE of the three esps!!!

1a. Copy the TIM_MW.esp file to (install folder)\Morrowind\Data Files\
1b. If you have/want to use "Sir Luthor's Tools" mod, copy the TIM_MW_SirLuthor.esp to (install folder)\Morrowind\Data Files\
1c. If you have/want to use "JamesW's Tools" mod, copy the TIM_MW_JamesW.esp to (install folder)\Morrowind\Data Files\
2a. Start Morrowind Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the TIM_MW.esp file.
2b. If you chose the Sir Luthor's mod compatibility .esp, start Morrowind Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the TIM_MW_SirLuthor.esp file. You may now deactivate and remove the SirLuthor-Tools.esp.
2c. If you chose the compatibility mod for JamesW's mod, the start Morrowind Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the TIM_MW_JamesW.esp file. You may now deactivate and remove the "JamesW's Lockpicks And Probes Retextures.esp" and "JamesW's Repairs Retex.esp" files.

!!!NOTE: TIM_MW_SirLuthor.esp requires the textures from "Sir Luthor's Tools" mod to work properly. That mod can be found here: http://www.elricm.com/nuke/html/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewdownloaddetails&lid=1033 !!!

Uninstall
=========
1a. Start Morrowind Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the TIM_MW.esp file.
1b. Start Morrowind Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the TIM_MW_SirLuthor.esp file.
1c. Start Morrowind Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the TIM_MW_JamesW.esp file.
2a. Delete the TIM_MW.esp file from \Morrowind\Data Files\
2b. Delete the TIM_MW_SirLuthor.esp file from \Morrowind\Data Files\. If you wish to keep using Sir Luthor's textures, you will need to install and activate the SirLuthor-Tools.esp.
2c. Delete the TIM_MW_JamesW.esp file from \Morrowind\Data Files\. If you wish to keep using JamesW's textures and meshes replacer, you will need to install and activate the "JamesW's Lockpicks And Probes Retextures.esp" and "JamesW's Repairs Retex.esp" files.


Upgrade
=======
1. Uninstall the old mod.
2. Install the new mod.
3. Start Morrowind and play. There should be no effect on saved games and should not corrupt any saves.

Incompatibility
===============
This mod will conflict with another mod that modifies the same objects but in different ways.

See the compatibility tutorial for info on making compatibility with other .esp texture/mesh replacers.


Known Issues or Bugs
====================
It has come to my attention that having the weight of items change between saves can mess up your encumbrance. Remove all lockpicks, probes, alchemical apparati, and repair items from your inventory before activating this mod.

!!!PLEASE NOTE: When I tested this, I encountered something strange. I had 6 probes on a table, and when I went to look at them, their stats did not to appear to have changed. When I picked them up and examined them in my inventory, the stats were TIM stats. However, the name of the item had somehow been permanently changed to "Apprentice's Probe (6) (6)" meaning, that the number of items (in parenthesis) had somehow become attached to the item name. So, when you remove the tool items from your inventory prior to activating this mod, please set them out individually, not as a stack of 5 or 20 or whatever. I think that should solve the problem. !!!
