Description
Avarun is a simple housing mod, aimed towards a mage type character. Thieves might find the abode suitable, as well. As for warriors, unless you collect lots of things, you might not find this so perfect. Located in the Canalworks of Vivec (you will have to look around, spoilers at the bottom), and conveniently located for the best possible position I could find. Avarun is a cave type abode, with my trademark platform design, similar to Asandus, and completely vanilla. The only new things are some scripts.
Installation
Simply drag and drop the ESP into the Datafiles section. Extraction would be rather pointless.
Compatibility
It should be compatible with most mods that alter Vivec, but I can make no promises. I put it in an obscure place, that I think is rather out of the way but conveniently located.
