Adds a new, small house in the outer edge of Seyda Neen with two dark elfs living in it.
This mod is mainly practice for myself, I'm going to upload much cooler mods in the future. I have also already made much cooler mods, but none of them are done yet.
If you look around carefully in the house you might spot something odd...
