This mod adds a small house in the inlet between the Tax Collector and Arrilles Trade House.
The shack is very small, on stilts in the water, much like Khuul or Hla Oad shacks. Except they don't have a personal boater.
Inside the house is basic needs for a low level character, not much special....
Outside, a small long boat awaits you with a friendly Khajiit captain waiting to take you to 3 different destinations:
1. Hla Oad
2. Gnaar Mok
3. Tel Branora
The only reason for the dock/port setup is because Seyda Neen is meant to be the gateway to Vvardenfell..
