It makes the all of the weapon's damage equal like in Oblivion by altering damage values.
People can expand on this concept for Bloodmoon or something but if this mod is your inspiration, you have to say that it is your inspiration and that this mod was made by me.

i.e: All types of steel arrows have 3 damage.
