This plug-in adds a few new NPCs, all involved with illegal drugs. Shady the Dealer can be found in Balmora. He is a drug vendor. He sells cocaine, marijuana, and lsd. He also sells a small book explaining the effects of the drugs on your character. He can be found in the alley way behind the Council Club in Balmora. There are also several other NPC's. All can be found in Balmora.
Also, if you get any error messages, just click continue running, should be fine.
PS: I made this mod because I'm an avid MW player and an avid recreational drug user. If you fall under that category, this mods for you!
