DESCRIPTION

Asandus was once a small smuggler's cave. After a bitter struggle between Imperial Law and smuggler tactics, the Imperials finally won. It was then used as a storage bunker for about a year to feed troops in need of food. After a small skirmish where Imperial Troops literally had to camp outside the dens of the smugglers, the bunker was drained of resources. The Imperials then left it to rot.
A year and a half passed before someone took interest in it again. A Bosmer of short stature (in comparison to other Bosmer) bought the land deed from Mebastian Ence, who had been entrusted with it. At this time, the cave was all but forgotten. Gonff, as that was the Bosmer's name, built a home out of it, to live in and to store his "ill-gotten" goods in. After a little of this and a little of that, Gonff decided it was time to get out of Dodge.
A brief stint of redecor, and Gonff sold the key to the house back to Mebastian. He now holds the key, waiting on someone to buy the abode...
INFORMATION

The house is a short jog off the entrance of Pelagiad. It's a tiny bit back from the road. The ONLY way to get in is to have the key. Lose the key, lose whatever you had inside. There is a spare key maker in the bottom room (for 50 drakes, make a spare to leave with Anhassi or someone.) so that all hope is not lost. Be sure to take advantage of this feature. It could save a lot of trouble.
To get the key, go buy it from Mebastian. The price is in the area of 3000 drakes. I made it so he barters it so that you could haggle or get a cheaper price if he likes you. Also, dialog has never been my strong point. I'm still polishing many of my skills. Jack of all trades, as can be said.
This originally was meant to be a rent house. Free to get in, but pay to sleep, eat, drink, store things. You would pretty much waste your money on life. Estimated weekly cost to live: around 500 drakes.
As can be seen, I even thought that was ridiculous.
INSTALLATION
============
Simply drag the little bitty .esp to your directory. You know, where all the other little knifes are in your directory...it doesn't get much simpler than that.

It's free to include in other mods. I suppose it could be used as a resource as well...but in terms of scripts, I got them from Morrowind Script Library...Only thing I ask is that if you use it as a base, drop my name in somewhere, and make it compatible with mine. And send me a line. I like new mods! :)
