This plug-in Created by Khaan (Me) Telemon and Alf adds a huge new city to Morrowind. This city is of imperial rule and can be found slightly to the west of Hla-olad.
All in all this has taken over 2 years to build so I hope you enjoy it.
P.S. We put quite a few quirks in there, see if you can find them all. (Whispers “Look upâ€)
