Increase your Hand to Hand damage with gauntlets, boots, and greater speed.
****************************
1. INSTALLING THE PLUGIN
****************************
To install the plugin, unzip the files into the Morrowind/Data Files directory. Say yes to overwrite should it ask.

2. PLAYING THE PLUGIN
****************************
The script is activated by default but can be toggled on and off by a "Travel Lantern" in the Census and Excise office's basement.
Every 5 seconds this script will check for Gauntlets, Boots, and any Speed increase and give you new bonuses accordingly.
Gauntlets:
65 H2HSkill or less
1 Points/Gauntlet for Light Armor
2 Points/Gauntlet for Medium Armor
3 Points/Gauntlet for Heavy Armor
66-98 H2HSkill
2 Points/Gauntlet for Light Armor
4 Points/Gauntlet for Medium Armor
6 Points/Gauntlet for Heavy Armor
99 H2HSkill or more
3 Points/Gauntlet for Light Armor
6 Points/Gauntlet for Medium Armor
9 Points/Gauntlet for Heavy Armor
Boots:
65 H2HSkill or less
1 Points for Light Armor
2 Points for Medium Armor
3 Points for Heavy Armor
66-98 H2HSkill
2 Points for Light Armor
4 Points for Medium Armor
6 Points for Heavy Armor
99 H2HSkill or more
3 Points for Light Armor
6 Points for Medium Armor
9 Points for Heavy Armor
+1 Point per 10 Speed
This allows up to a 46 point boost in H2H Skill
I thought at first that this was a bit much, but you have to have 99 skill to get that and 100 speed so I figure at that point its still slightly less powerful than a regular weapon.
I have increased the KODamageMult to 5x damage. This is a MASIIVE increase, you wont be beating on Divayth Fyr very long, but by the same token an ax-wielding Barbarian could probably cut you up in one hit if your on the ground.
Get some agility to keep from being knocked down.
I have increased to H2H damage from 10% to 20%. This does not affect fatigue; only health, once they are on the ground.
To gimp the player a bit, since NPcs dont have access to this, I've upped the global fatigue regeneration by 2 points while keeping the player's regen the same.
This means they get up faster and are slightly more resilient to fatigue damage. They also have a better chance of hitting you and/or casting a spell right.
The overall effect of this is: It takes the same amount of time to beat someone unconcious but takes FAR less time to finish them.
I tried to keep it so that you dont NEED the bonuses to win, but it will be harder.
