There are around 300+ mods in the load order and a large combination of mixed and matched visual mods as well. MGE XE which can be found here on the nexus provides the distant land and lighting.
Off the top of my head: Vurt's Ascadian Isles Trees, a combination of both Vurt's and Ozzy's grass stacked on top of one another, MGE XE for shaders and lighting. The terrain and statics textures are a mix of a *lot* of different packs.

I'm not familiar with mods as I am a console gamer but I'm sure you used one for the updated graphics, right?
