*BD-C = Better Dialogue-Choices
This is a simple "hey I'm still active and working on the mod" teaser.
The mod will feature a good-sized overhaul for The Death of A Taxman quest, you will now be able to start it through talking to the woman in the lighthouse and Socucius, you will have to do detective work to figure out who the murderer is, and you will have to face some tough decisions at the end of the quest, that will be followed by consequences.
The BETA will be pushed back again, sorry. I don't want to give you guys another release date, but I think the quest will take me about two months to finish, cause of school, and then there's some other stuff for me to finish up real quick, but this is the last big quest in Seyda Neen (the "buy this cursed ring from me" quest will only take a week at most).

Not to be nitpicky, but I think (emphasis on I think) that vanilla dialog uses brackets when stating whatever action the character is doing, instead of asterisks. But whatever, it's a tiny detail.
I'm really glad you're expanding on the Taxman quest - I've always really liked that one for whatever reason, but always felt it could have used some work (for example, that Lighthouse Lady here never makes a comment on the rumors about her beloved's disappearance -- and the fact nobody ever does anything about the poor Taxman's corpse).
