I've used NOM in the past, but not in this install... I have the suspicion it could conflict, but I'm not 100% certain. My suggestion is, if you have the space, make a complete backup of your current Morrowind Data Files... and put it somewhere safe. Then install Kilkunda's, check to see if it works, and if not, go back to your previous Data Files. You may just be able to uninstall Kilkunda's, but after playing Skyrim (where mod uninstallation can be more complicated), I've become overly cautious about backups, even though I'm actually a Morrowind vet.
Thanks. I actually don't have anything installed at the moment, but I'm making plans for my next playthrough after I finished The Banner Saga 2. Looking at the layout, though, I suspect you're right--it looks like there may be some minor clutter where NOM adds the foodstore, and I have a sneaking suspicion that there's something where the uptown well goes as well. It looks like it makes some changes to the Temple area, which would also be an issue...
