huh,.. there's a nice silver gleam shining across the water almost like a silver shader washing out the entire picture...

Hmmm.. I kind of like the effect myself.. I think it must be something related to MGSO. I'm pretty sure it's the only thing I have running that touches shaders and such.

Ya you're running the basic shader set up that comes with MGE XE
I used it for two play throughs before I taught myself all the ins and outs using MGE XE. There's a lot more "outs" than "ins"

      Hello Psijonica and Sonja!
I think I have seen some of that shining in your other images too, but not as explicit as this one.
It is so beautiful together with the striped sail and the "vanishing" trees.
This image is telling a story, no doubt.
You have certainly found your "trade", Sonja!!

Heh! Well, I have lots of experience in correctly installing mods for from ES 3 to 5, but messing about with shaders is probably beyond my technological knowledge.

Besides, one thing I've learned with these games, from bitter experience, is "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." And, while I'd enjoy experimenting with shaders, I just don't really have the know-how, and I'd rather not risk breaking my game. Plus, like I said, I actually do like the basic shader setup that MGE XE gives you.

At some point, though (into the fairly distant future) I will back up my current directory (again) and create a new one where I will try things like Symphony, Open MW and such. Though, that will be some time, because when my character is eventually done with Morrowind, I plan to recreate her in Oblivion... Oblivion is a game I have never actually finished... I had a nicely modded setup of that game last year, where, through a plethora of mods, I'd removed most of the things that annoy me, and that was my intention. But, then I upgraded computers, and I haven't reinstalled it yet.

Anyway.. I'm babbling.. maybe procrastination before hitting the gum.

@Fredlaus, thank you, I'm glad you like it!

I love your way of elaborating on things. Always very interesting read :-)
Keep it on Sonja - and I hope Psijonica as well - I learn a lot from you !!
